Quickly update your Vegore account details by visiting the MY ACCOUNT page. Click EDIT PROFILE to edit any of your details under the Personal and Shipping tabs.
You can safely change your password through the CHANGE PASSWORD tab on the MY ACCOUNT page. Please make sure not to reuse an old password to keep your account more secure.
To make all transactions fast and secure for all customers and the Vegore team handling your orders, customers must first have a confirmed Vegore account before placing any order.

Go to accounts menu and click on the delete account option and follow all the steps. Deletion of your account will permanently delete all data from our database. Please take note that account deletion cannot be done while you have an order in progress or being processed. You may delete your account after all orders have been completed. Should you wish to register again in the future, you may still use the same email address as long as you were able to complete the account deletion process.
You can browse for tasty Vegore products and curated boxes on the website’s and mobile app’s main page. Add to cart the products that you wish to purchase and make sure to indicate the correct quantity before proceeding to the checkout page.
Please provide your exact contact information, shipping and billing addresses, and then press CONTINUE TO PAYMENT. You may select your preferred payment method from Cash on Delivery to Online Payment transactions. Once all the details have been finalized, please click PLACE ORDER.
You can find a FUNNEL icon located on the upper-rightmost part of the Main Page. Through it, you may browse our products by package name, brand, type, and/or price range.
On the ADD TO CART page, please select the product/package you want to modify, whether to delete or add another product of your choice. You can also add products to your FAVORITES by clicking the heart icon on the product list or individual product pages, so that you can order these packages any time you want.
Go to MY ACCOUNT and look for TRACK MY ORDERS. You may view all your on-going and completed transactions here in detail.

If your order has already been confirmed and the parcel has been prepared for shipping, a cancellation of the order would no longer be allowed. Vegore shall not be held accountable for any order mistakes or errors in the app or website.
On the main page, hover to the product that you want to check then select the EYE icon. From here, you can read all the product descriptions including the nutrition facts as well as the shelf life.
In terms of handling and packaging, Vegore uses Virgin Kraft Paper, a special insulation paper that can keep the products cold for 3-4 hours longer inside the box during the delivery. It also adds internal protection to the products. The box we use for shipping your products has double walled specification that assures every product is safe from any dents and punctures that the delivery may cause.
We assure you that we are diligently checking and monitoring the proper hygiene and handling of our products during operations. We have set procedures on keeping our storage and products sanitized and safe from contamination, especially the products kept in cold storage with maintained temperature required to keep their freshness.

Upon the confirmation of your order, our operations will carefully prepare the products and arrange a shipment booking with our delivery partner Lalamove. The ETA of your order will depend on your preferred date and the time it will take for the courier to reach your delivery address.
We deliver within GREATER METRO MANILA, Including Rizal, Bulacan, and Cavite. More locations will be added soon as we expand our reach.
Don’t worry because it isn’t necessary for you to personally receive your order. It may be a person that is related to you or present at the address that you have provided. Vegore also provides a delivery notification via the mobile app if the parcel or order has already been received.
Yes! We are capable of shipping anywhere as long as the location is within Greater Metro Manila. We will also be very grateful if you can share your Vegore experience with your colleagues in the office!
We operate Mondays to Fridays, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. If Vegore receives an order during weekends or holidays, the Vegore team will be preparing and shipping out the package on the next working day.
We ensure that the quality of our products during shipment through our partner Lalamove. We arrange shipments using insulated bags from our couriers to protect the package/s from factors that can cause contamination, such as the weather, dust, and others.
